• Voice AI integrations (optional add-ons)
   
• Ongoing support and bot optimization (according to your plan)
   

• Clients must complete a full onboarding process before service delivery.
   
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and setup.
   
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts, API keys, and third-party integrations.
   

• All services are provided on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually according to your selected plan.
   
• Setup fees apply for specific plans and are one-time, non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   
• Additional usage (e.g., extra messages, additional users, custom integrations) may incur extra charges.
   
• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
   

• Phantoms Intelligence offers no refunds for services rendered, unless required by law.
   
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but services will continue until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
   
• Setup fees are non-refundable after project initiation.
   

• Phantoms Intelligence retains ownership of all proprietary software, templates, bot designs, and system integrations.
   
• Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the AI systems during the subscription period.
   
• Customizations or modifications developed for your business may remain the property of Phantoms Intelligence unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   

• We collect and process data to optimize the performance of our AI agents.
   
• All customer data remains confidential and is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
   
• You agree not to use the Services for illegal, abusive, or unethical purposes, including sending spam or violating third-party terms (such as WhatsApp or Meta policies).
   

• We aim to provide continuous service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or external factors beyond our control.
   
• Support response times vary by subscription tier. Business and Enterprise clients receive priority support.
   

Phantoms Intelligence is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
   
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities due to automation errors, third-party platform changes, or technical issues.
   
• Compliance violations resulting from your use of our bots (e.g., marketing compliance with WhatsApp, Meta, GDPR, etc.).
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if:

• You breach these Terms.
   
• You misuse the Services or violate any applicable laws.
   
• Non-payment or repeated late payments occur.
   

Phantoms Intelligence reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or dashboard notifications.

These Terms are governed by the laws of UK. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of UK.
