About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for setting up, customizing, and training AI chatbots for clients across WhatsApp, websites, and social platforms. You’ll work closely with our onboarding and product teams to deliver high-performing bots that align with each brand’s tone and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure chat flows for Phantom Bot deployments
   
• Train bots using client FAQs, documentation, and brand tone
   
• Test and QA bot behavior across platforms (Meta, Twilio, web)
   
• Provide basic integration support (Zapier, CRM syncs)
   
• Collaborate with the design/dev team to deliver full automation packages
   

Qualifications:

• Excellent written English and communication skills
   
• Experience with chat tools (ManyChat, Tidio, Dialogflow, etc.) preferred
   
• Detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, fast learner
   
• Hebrew/Spanish is a bonus

About the Role:
You’ll be the friendly face of Phantoms Intelligence — guiding clients through onboarding, helping them understand the value of our solutions, and ensuring successful launches of their chatbot or website.

Responsibilities:

• Manage new client onboarding process (questionnaire, training, approval)
   
• Educate clients on how Phantom Bot works & where it adds value
   
• Monitor performance + gather feedback for optimization
   
• Serve as main point of contact for new and active accounts
   
• Work with tech/dev team to resolve setup needs
   

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
   
• Client-facing experience (support, onboarding, consulting)
   
• Organized, proactive, and tech-comfortable
   
• Fluent in English, bonus for Hebrew/Spanish

Location: Remote / London/ Tel Aviv
Type: Full-Time | Contract / Freelance to Hire

About the Role:
Join our development team to build fast, user-friendly, mobile-optimized websites and apps for our SMB clients. You’ll work with designers and automation specialists to deliver projects from wireframe to launch.

Tech Stack We Love:

• Web: Webflow, WordPress, Framer, HTML/CSS/JS
   
• Apps: Flutter, React Native, Firebase
   
• Extras: Stripe, Calendly, WhatsApp APIs
   

Responsibilities:

• Build responsive, clean websites and app interfaces
   
• Ensure mobile-first UX and performance
   
• Integrate front-end components with Phantom Bot & CRM tools
   
• Maintain/update client platforms post-launch
   

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in front-end or full-stack development
   
• Experience with Flutter or React Native a major plus
   
• Portfolio or work samples required
   
• Eye for UI/UX and performance
